These days, so many touts parade themselves as journalists

Kola Ologbondiyan, Special Adviser on Media to Senate President, David Mark, was until recently, the Group Political Editor with ThisDay newspapers.

The Kabba, Kogi State-born journalist, who started his career as a newspaper vendor in his home town, is unhappy with the large number of touts parading themselves as journalists. He also said that more journalists should get themselves into public service, even as he insists that journalists are much closer to the people than politicians ............ read the rest of the interview here
